The easiest way to determine the return line on your 2004 Chevy Express transmission is to start the truck, shift into drive but do not go anywhere. After about 15 seconds or so put the truck back in park and apply the emergency brake. Turn off the truck. Out of the 2 hoses attached to the transmission, one should be warmer than the other. Your 2005 Chevy Express 3500 left the factory across the street from our facility as a Van cutaway chassis and was delivered to an upfitter that installed the bus body onto it and joined it with the cab portion of the van.

Because your 2011 Chevy Express Van already has a 7-way installed what you'll need to do is find the blue wire that is ran near the emergency brake pedal and connect that to the blue wire of the brake controller.
